ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the University and learned counsel for the State.

After hearing the parties at length as well as perusing the show cause filed by the petitioner, it appears that certain amounts have been released towards payment to the petitioners and there is substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court. The order passed was for disposal of the representation and if the case of the petitioners was to be accepted then in that event consequential benefits were to be paid.

It appears that after the representation, the University after making the necessary calculations has made payment to the petitioners. As such, no further case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties. If at all, the petitioners are aggrieved of any order passed by the

The Contempt Application stands disposed of.
