One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having more or less similar allegation co-accused Sujit Singh @ Sujit Kumr has already been granted privilege of bail by this court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai P.S. Case no. 120/2015.
