27.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Riga P.S. Case No. 237 of 2014 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. Considering that this is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable, the application is dismissed with a direction to the Court below to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioners if they do not surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
