Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application filed on behalf of the petitioner with a prayer for quashing the order dated 28.04.2023 passed by learned ADJ-VII-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram in POCSO Case No. 65 of 2020 arising Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 144 of 2020, whereby and whereunder the application filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. has been rejected.
