Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3781 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 447, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44907 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3781 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
