Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that after the passage of orders in the matter by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Ahmednagar Mahanagar Palika Vs. Ahmednagar Mahanagar Palika Kamnagar Union reported in (2022) 10 SCC 171 and by this Court also in CWJC No. 3162 of 2018 (Randhir Paswan Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), the dust has been settled and the appointment cannot be extended to the post of 'Chowkidar' .

In view of the said fair submission, the writ petition
