The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 769 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remanded in this case on 04.01.2019. He further submits that the case was registered at the instance of Superintendent Divisional Jail, Hajipur. It appears that due to establish their supremacy inside the jail, both sides sustained injury.

Considering the background in which the incident took place and both sides sustained injury, the Court is inclined

No.34457 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 769 of 2018.
