Let the defect(s) be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course. Petitioner, who is in custody since 20.05.2021, seeks regular bail in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021 registered for offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one pistol and three live cartridges. Several cases are pending against the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation as well as period of custody, I am not inclined to enlarge the
