Learned counsel for the University submits that the present application has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate violation of the interim order dated 29.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 1593 of 2016. He submits that CWJC No. 1593 of 2016 has already been disposed on 18.09.2023. Taking note of the entire

Patna High Court MJC No.34 of 2021(3) dt.29-07-2025 2/2 facts, after disposal of the main writ application the interim order lost its force. CWJC No. 11492 of 2023 has also been disposed by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2023. Accordingly, submission is that this application has become infructuous.

2. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
