2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 336 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-A), 30 of the Indian Arms Act.
3. According to F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have uploaded his video and photographs along with firearms on social media.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, prior to the alleged occurrence, there was fair where a drama was being played in which this petitioner played role and the alleged photographs were taken while petitioner was acting in the drama. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 72 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
