2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/ 115(2)/ 109(1)/ 118(1)/ 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons are accused of assaulting the victim with a knife causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner is ready to compensate the victim with Rs. 50,000/- for expense of treatment without accepting his guilt. Learned counsel further

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran /concerned Court below in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 1078 of 2025.

8. At the time of furnishing bail bond, the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 50,000/- in the account of the victim and produce the receipt of the demand draft in the court below, then only his bail bond shall be accepted by the court below. Any failure on the part of the petitioner to make the aforesaid payment or to comply with this condition shall render the bail liable to cancellation in accordance with law.
