Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that her daughter was married to Israil. She got information that his son-in-law Israil has killed her daughter. On such information when the informant went there, she found the dead body of her daughter and her sonin-law fled away. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is not named in the F.I.R. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Father-in-law of the deceased has already been enlarged on bail. Prayer for bail of the husband Israil has already been rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45373 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria R.S. P.S. Case No. 428 of 2014.
