On behalf of the respondent no.6 a supplementary show cause has been filed whereby he has taken a stand that payment has been made to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be granted time so that he may verify whether the entire fund have been released or not.
Considering the totality of the facts situation, the Court does not deem it fit and proper to keep the matter
Patna High Court MJC No.420 of 2018(6) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 pending. In case, further amount of the petitioner has not been paid, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file representation before the competent authority who shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and ensure unpaid salary of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the contempt application stands disposed of.
