This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45718 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 against the petitioners and also considering the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 32 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
