JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 40 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the informant in which it has been stipulated that out of 14 P.Ws 07 have already been examined and 06 P.Ws have been given up by the prosecution and only Investigating Officer has to be examined for which the date is fixed on 01.07.2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel for the informant.
Considering the stage of trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
