This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.740 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 103 and 61(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sedition 27 of of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is accused of committing murder of the son of the informant. The petitioner is said to have acted as a liner.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37111 of 2026(2) dt.15-06-2026 2/2 the court below within two weeks from today, failing which, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall take all steps for arresting the petitioner.
