Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. 2.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sherghatti (Gaya), in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a direction upon the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36671 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted. 4.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner surrenders, within a period of four weeks from today, before the learned Trial Court and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
