At the very outset, it has been pointed out that in view of the judgment delivered by a Bench of this Court in the case of Chini Thakur vs. Union of India reported as 2014 (3) PLJR 724, the present writ application is not maintainable, at this stage, since the matter relating to employment under the Railways is required to be first agitated before the Central Administrative Tribunal. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this application with liberty to move the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna.
