JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the allegation set out in the F.I.R., the petitioners and others have killed the daughter in law and disposed of her dead body.
It is contended that the husband of the deceased is already in custody. The petitioner no.1 is the mother-in-law of the deceased, whereas, the petitioner no.2 is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is further contended that it has come in paragraph nos. 7 to 10 of the case diary that the deceased has committed suicide. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.3395 of 2016 (3) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 case, let the petitioners, namely, Nagina Devi and Ashok Pandey be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Pakri Barawan P.S. Case No.157/2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Nawada subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
