The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/468/471/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Eighteen liters of liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got long list of identical criminal antecedents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some other co-accused has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36724 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Dewadha P.S. Case No.21 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
