The petitioner seeks bail in Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim alleged that his daughter is missing. He came to know that Sunaina Devi and Sunil Ram enticed his daughter and kept her in the house of Munna Ram. It is submitted that the victim made her statement that Sunaina Devi and Sunil Ram brought her to the house of the petitoner and kept her at village Nawada but they did not commit any illegal acts. Sunil Ram and Sunaina Devi have already been enlarged on bail. The victim did not disclose the name of the petitioner in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45796 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 89/2014.
