This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 26.05.2022 passed by learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge-XI, Sasaram in Sessions Trial No. 326 of 2012 arising out of Sasaram Rall P.S. Case No. 11 of 2009 registered for the offences under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. It seems that the petitioner has gained over the witnesses and he wants his further cross-examination which is not permissible in law. Therefore, this application is dismissed.
