Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022, lodged under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prohibition Act), 1956. As per the prosecution case, the allegation of Immoral Traffic Act is against 7 named accused persons including the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been apprehended from the place of occurrence

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner was alleged to be arrested from the Room No.102 of the Hotel. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the marriage of petitioner alongwith recovered girl was already been fixed and marriage card is annexed as Annexure-2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that an affidavit has also been filed by the alleged recovered girl and petitioner in this case and they admit that their marriage was fixed and Police has arrested them under wrong impression. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2022, charge sheet has already been filed and antecedent of petitioner is clean.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 279 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
