The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 379, 353, 506 Indian Penal Code and Section 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.20 of 2013 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. He is directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
