The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 14.06.2022, whereby in the cause title petitioner's name is wrongly typed as "Md. Basika @ Md. Aashika" instead of "Md. Basis @ Md. Osik". Accordingly, the order dated 14.06.2022 is modified to the extent that name of petitioner shall be read as "Md. Basis @ Md. Osik" in place of "Md. Basika @ Md. Aashika" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 14.06.2022 is modified to the above extent and the petitioner shall surrender before the court concerned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43091 of 2022(2) dt.24-08-2022 2/2 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 79 of 2021, within a period of further four weeks from today.
