Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. The present case has been registered under section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is surprising enough that the written report does not disclose the date of marriage as well as allegation of demand of dowry but even then the police registered the case under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-
