Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 325, 307, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that altercation took place due to the dispute which arose on account of using gairmajarua land. The injuries are simple in nature and about 12 accused persons have already been granted bail vide order dated 18.12.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.55133 of 2015.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1095 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 2 / 2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Korha P.S. Case No.155/15, the above named petitioners, Md. Idrish and Md. Iliyash shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Katihar subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
