Due to certain litigation and intervention of the superior authority, the matter was delayed in engagement of the shortlisted candidates. Petitioners are demanding direction for appointment on the post of Samudaik Karyakarta. Reason for such demand is non-joining of certain person on the said post.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8341 of 2014 (2) dt.05-09-2016 Those vacancies cannot be filled up by mandamus issued in favour of the petitioners because such vacancies would be required to be filled up afresh by a new deliberation and exercise. Law is well settled in this regard.

Writ application is dismissed.
