ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 16/17.8.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Criminal Appeal No.50 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 1.7.2015 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Samastipur, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Juvenile Enquiry No.1058 of 2015 arising out of Ujiarpur P.S. case No.46 of 2015.
In view of the direct allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.
The application stands rejected.

No.776 of 2015 dt.29-10-2015 2/2 The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witness for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Samastipur, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
The case diary shall be transmitted to the Court below immediately.
