Petitioners apprehends their arrest in a case filed under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that name of the petitioners have been taken by the informant merely on suspicion. It is urged that even the Sessions Judge has not found any of the witnesses having stated during the course of the investigation about the complicity of the petitioners. It is further contended that informant has filed application before the C.J.M., Gopalganj stating that she has never named the petitioners.

Case No.81/2015, the above named petitioners, Jhulan Chouhan, Bigu Chouhan and Raj Kumar Chouhan shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
