The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The police got information that huge quantity of country made liquor was being carried in a car bearing Registration No. BR01BH-5116. 86 liters of country made liquor was recovered and it is alleged that the petitioner no. 1 is the owner of the car.

It is submitted that Guddu Kumar is the owner of the car and Guddu Kumar has filed petition for release of the car. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 27.07.2015. The petitioners have already remained in jail for more than two

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Siddhartha Pandey, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Bhojpur, Ara in Imadpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
