2. The aforesaid Interlocutory application has been preferred for payment of the salary with admissible allowance for the period from the date of his termination to his reinstatement i.e. 11.06.2014 to 02.09.2015/08.09.2015.

3. There is no objection from the opposition side.

4. The I.A. No. 3839 of 2018 is allowed.

1. It has been contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has restricted his prayer to the aforesaid payment of his salary with admissible dues between 11.06.2015 to 02.09.2015/08.09.2015. His further submission is that presently he is working as Constable.

2. He further submits that the petitioner will be filing a fresh representation before the DGP, Bihar within a period of eight weeks from today.

3. If such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and an appropriate order be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled to the payment for the period, as incorporated above, the same shall be paid within the next two months of the passing of the order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
