The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019 for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that F.I.R has been lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of the coaccused and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has no

Considering the fact that F.I.R has been lodged against unknown, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has already completed more than eight months in custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019.
