JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner and the informant are full brothers and there is allegation against this petitioner that he gave iron rod blow causing injury on the head of the informant but the injury report of the informant reflects that no injury on the head of informant was found.

No doubt, the informant sustained altogether four injuries and the opinion, regarding those injuries, was kept reserved but it would appear from perusal of the first information report that the informant was assaulted by other FIR named accused persons also.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42264 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur.
