Petitioner happens to be husband of the opposite party no.2. He has been indicted with subjecting the opposite party no.2 to physical and mental torture over dowry demand. It is submitted by the petitioner that both the parties have settled their dispute and the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.4,75,000/- by demand draft in the name of opposite party no.2 within four months from today as one time settlement. Petitioner has been enlarged on provisional bail by this Court on 06.10.2017. Both the parties undertake to withdraw the case filed against each
