2. The present matter is relating to compassionate appointment of the petitioner in the Punjab National Bank and a supplementary counter affidavit has been received in which a decision vide Annexure-B has come by which it transpires that the committee constituted considering the compassionate appointment has taken a decision with regard to the petitioner and found the petitioner unfit for compassionate appointment
Patna High Court CWJC No.2929 of 2018(5) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 and thereafter, referred/recommended this matter to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer who is the competent authority for consideration.
3. In this background, the case of the petitioner in the light of supplementary counter affidavit filed on 22.11.2023 before the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
4. This Court directs the petitioner to file representation before the Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Punjab National Bank raising all his points which he has raised in the present writ petition prior to deciding the case of the petitioner, opportunity of personal hearing shall be granted to the petitioner and a reasoned and speaking order has been directed to be pass within 90 days thereafter and the petitioner shall file representation within four weeks from today.
5. With the observations and directions made above, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
