2. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 603 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 85, 80(2), 3(5) of the BNS and Section 103(1) which was added later.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 76-year-old man and the father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the deceased had an altercation with her husband over a mobile phone, following which she allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the age of the petitioner and the materials collected during investigation, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 603 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) and with further conditions that:- (I). The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation and shall appear in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court.
8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made
