Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,304(B),34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail who is husband of the victim of dowry death whereas allegation against the petitioner is that there was demand of dowry and torture for the same to the victim soon before her death within a year of her marriage. Hence prayer is refused in connection with S.T.No.118 of 2019, arising out of Bangaon P.S.Case No.05 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVth, Saharsa.
