JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For appropriate writ/writs, order/ order, direction/ directions commanding the respondent authorities especially respondent no. 2 to 4 to take appropriate steps for removing encroachment on the gali, road of Rasiyari Pauni Gram Panchayat after proper measurement of the road and gali so that different beneficial scheme brought by state authority shall be implemented in right perspective.

(ii) For commanding the respondent no. 3 to pass an order on the public petition filed by petitioner on behalf of himself and general public for taking steps for removing

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kiratpur, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
