The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17309 of 2012, whereby the petitioner had been directed to file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order. Considering the grounds mentioned in paragraph

Patna High Court MJC No.199 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 nos.3 to 7 of this petition, this modification application is allowed.

Further thirty days time from today is granted to the petitioner for preferring an appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

The order dated 08.11.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17309 of 2012 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
