2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons came to the informant at Balu Ghat and raised objection against sand lifting. It is further alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant and set the office on fire.
4. It is submitted that specific accusation of assault and setting fire is against co-accused Hemant lal and Grijesh Yadav. There is no specific allegation alleged against this

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A . C . J . M-II, Shergathi, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. case no 191 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
