The petitioner seeks bail in Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a and 35 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended Dhuman Ram and from his possession kidnapped Rajan Kumar was recovered. From the possession of Dhuman Ram one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. Dhuman Ram disclosed the name of the petitioner Kabid Hussain who managed to flee away. It appears that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44644 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. K. Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 49 of 2015.
