The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and Babulal Pasi are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his brother and others. From perusal of the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that three persons have got different incised wounds.

It is submitted that Babulal Pasi one of the co-accused has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27515 of 2015 and the case of the petitioners stands on the same footing. The petitioners are in jail since 05.03.2015 and 12.03.2015. The petitioners have remained in jail for about seven

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge-IV, Banka in Banka P.S.
