BAJANTHRI) Date : 06-02-2024 The present Civil Review application is filed for recalling the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 12.07.2021. It is submitted that without issuing notice to the contesting respondents in CWJC No. 1686 of 2020 it has been decided on 12.07.2021, in the aforementioned writ petition petitioner has arrayed as respondent no. 6. In the guise of the implementation of the orders of this Court dated 12.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 1686 of 2020, the petitioner property is stated to have been demolished. In that event, question of recalling the order dated 12.07.2021 passed in CWJC No.

1686 of 2020 is not warranted to the extent of restoration of CWJC No. 1686 of 2020 and to be heard afresh, since the official respondents have already implemented the orders of this Court dated 12.07.2021. Therefore the present Civil Review petition stands disposed of.

2. Disposal of the Civil Review petition would not be a hurdle to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy in so
