In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 23rd July 2015 arising from Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The counsel for the petitioner is challenging the order of cognizance, which cannot be looked into at this stage. All points will be raised by the petitioner at the time of framing of the charge.

With the above observation, this petition is dismissed.
