The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 524 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as injuries on Mirtunjay Sharma are concerned, the same is found to be simple in nature. However, the petitioner has himself enclosed the supplementary injury report of the father of the informant, namely, Arjun Prasad Sharma, which clearly indicates that there was serious head injury on the person of the father, according to the first information report, appears to have been inflicted by the petitioner. It thus, appears that there was

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and on perusal of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
