Petitioner seeks bail in Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.152 of 2020 registered under Sections 30(a)(c)(d) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant after having received secret information raided the house of the petitioner but the petitioner managed to flee away. On search, about 559 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not arrested from the house. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2020. The recovery was made from a joint house. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner
