The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are, of course, named in the FIR but except suspicion there is no material on record to show the involvement of the petitioners in the killing of two persons. The informant on the basis of suspicion named the petitioners. During the course of investigation one Chintu Kumar confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of the petitioners. Save and except suspicion and confession of co-accused, the I. O. did not collect any further material to show the involvement of the petitioners.
