In the interest of parties, the judgment of conviction dated 16.01.2008 and order of sentence dated 17.01.2008 passed by the 1st Assistant Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Sessions Trial No.427 of 2004/08 of 2004 (arising out of Pupri P.S. Case No.105/2003), by which, the petitioner has been convicted under Sections 324, 307, 498A of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for 2 years, 7 years, 2 years and simple imprisonment for six months respectively with fine, which was affirmed by judgment dated 4.07.2014 passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitmarhi passed in Criminal Appeal No.06 of

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.102 of 2015 dt.17-09-2015 2/2 2008/19 of 2013 are set aside.

The petitioner, who is in custody, be released forthwith, if not wanted in any other case.

Application stands allowed.
