The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with .Teghra P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30/30A of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main accused Chikku Singh @ Chikku Kumar @ Chinku Kumar, who has named in the first information report and from whom alleged recovery is said to have been made, has since been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10078 of 2018. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 81 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
